Uyghur heritage, one shared pot at a time
Cumin, chili, halal meat cut in house, and broths built from whole spices. Otluk brings the flavours of the Uyghur kitchen to North York.

Our story
Built around a table, not a counter
At Otluk Hot Pot we bring the authentic flavours of Uyghur cuisine to every table. Premium halal meats, handcrafted broths and fresh ingredients, in a warm modern dining room designed for family and friends.
Every ingredient is chosen for quality, from richly marbled beef and tender lamb to crisp vegetables and our signature house-made broths. Every meal is prepared with care to deliver an unforgettable hot pot experience.
More than a meal, Otluk is a place where friends and family gather, share authentic Uyghur flavours, and create memories around every pot.

Culinary heritage
What makes it Uyghur
Uyghur cooking sits where Central Asia meets China: lamb and beef over pork, cumin and chili over sweetness, bread and noodles at the centre of the table.
Hot pot in this kitchen picks up the same habits. The cumin mala base is the clearest example, warm and earthy from cumin before the chili arrives. The stir-fried chicken with potatoes comes straight from the Uyghur home table.
It is a cuisine made for company. Nobody eats Uyghur food alone, and nobody should eat hot pot alone either.

The bar, restocked all evening
Vegetables, noodles, tofu, handmade balls and every sauce you can think of.
Our standards
What we will not compromise on
Halal, all the way through
Every meat we serve is halal. No separate menu, no asking which items are safe. The whole kitchen works to one standard.
Six broths, built in house
Whole spices simmered before service, from the cumin mala signature to a gentle mushroom base. No powder, no shortcut.
Beef and lamb sliced on site
AAA beef and tender lamb go through the slicer in our own kitchen, plus handmade beef and lamb balls and hand-formed shrimp paste.
A proper self-serve bar
Vegetables, noodles, tofu, handmade balls and a full sauce counter, restocked all evening. Included with every soup base.
Made for groups
Combos for one, two or four, all you can eat with senior and child pricing, and booths that seat ten without a fuss.
Open until midnight, every day
Seven days a week, 1:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with parking on site four minutes off Highway 400.

The experience
A long dinner is the point
You choose the broth. You cook at your own pace. Someone always fishes out the last beef ball and pretends they did not.
The room is built for that: comfortable tables, induction pots at every seat, and a self-serve area for vegetables, noodles and sauces so nobody has to wait. Come as two, come as ten, stay until we close at midnight.
